About Podcasting While Nerdy

Podcasting While Nerdy publishes podcasts, videos, interviews, commentary and other content focused on comic books, movies, television, gaming, wrestling and nerd culture.

Our content reflects the opinions and entertainment perspectives of the hosts, guests and contributors involved. Opinions expressed by guests or individual hosts do not necessarily represent every member of PWN.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, branding, graphics, podcast episodes, videos, audio, website design and other original material created by Podcasting While Nerdy are owned by or licensed to PWN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may share links to our publicly available content and use platform-provided sharing tools. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, impersonate, remove attribution from or commercially exploit our original content without written permission.

Third-party names, characters, artwork, clips, trademarks and other properties referenced for commentary, criticism, news, discussion or identification remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.

User Submissions

The website may allow you to submit Nerd Court cases, hot takes, questions, guest requests, sponsorship inquiries or other material.

You retain ownership of original material you submit. Submitting something privately does not automatically give PWN permission to publish it unless the form or communication clearly asks for that permission.

When you expressly give PWN permission to feature a submission, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, excerpt, reproduce, publish, display, perform and distribute that submission through PWN’s website, podcasts, videos, social media and promotional materials.

We may edit submissions for length, clarity, formatting or presentation without intentionally changing their meaning. We are not required to publish, feature or respond to any submission.

Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have the right to share. You may request that we stop using your submission in future content by emailing podcastingwhilenerdy@gmail.com. Material already incorporated into a published podcast, video, article or social post may remain available.

Guest and Sponsorship Inquiries

Submitting a guest request, sponsorship inquiry or other proposal does not create a partnership, employment relationship, endorsement, contract or guarantee of participation.

Any confirmed appearance, sponsorship, promotion or business arrangement may be governed by separate written terms agreed to by the parties.
